2015 Utah FHA Loan Limits

FHA limits are important when buying a home. FHA will only loan up to the limit for that certain area. This can be a big impact if a buyer can only purchase with an FHA loan, but wants a bigger home. FHA has announced the limits for 2015 in Utah. Most of the Utah FHA loan limits will remain the same. Box Elder, Davis, Weber and Morgan counties limit will stay at $389,850.
